The role of the Global Talent Manager is international.

 

Mains missions:

 

The incumbent has a double role, operational and functional.

 

Operationally, working closely with internal customers (business and HR teams), the incumbent knows and follows deeply the following populations: sales engineers (as HRBP), experts, hipos, critical resources and members of sites management committees in order to help the business and people to succeed by taking the right decisions.

 

- Helps the site HRMs to recruit international profiles when needed

- Contributes to the recruitment/mobility of sites management committee members and sales population as interviewer.

- For the populations mentioned above, ensures development & career Management (annual appraisal follow up, development within the organization including the monitoring (even creation for some of them) of their development plan, promotion, international mobility, total reward, risk of resignation, exits, …)

- Facilitates, coordinates and contributes at site and product line levels to: people reviews, career committees, succession planning and following the action plans decided after the Segment session.

- As an integration team member, integrates new companies acquired (culture, HR processes, …), can contribute to due diligence.

- Follows specially the sales organization, which is spread all around the world and sometimes with no HR manager allocated.

 

Functionally, working closely with the Group HR team and above all the Human Capital Group Head:

 

- Contributes to Group RH projects (examples: Open Expert, Group Values Survey, Open Manager, Training and certification, Assessment & Development centers, diversity)

- Skills management for specific scope (ie. Sales) and development programs associated

- Deploys Group HR processes in EP organization and supports EP sites to understand, put in place and use effectively those processes.

 

Profile:

  • International experience. 7 to 10 years of experience, mainly in talent management. A good sense of business, result-oriented, a high level of human values to balance with the capacity to understand and apply budget constraints.
  • Ability to take initiatives, curiosity and ability to seek for information (asking questions, looking into the available means, ….). Good level of oral and written communication in English. Ability to connect with a diverse population from operators to executives, from Asia to the US, through Europe.
  • Coming from the Industry sector
  • At ease with the use of HRIS.

The job is based in Lyon area and will request to travel.
